Registrations may be cancelled before 1 March 2012 for a full refund, net of any bank charges. Registrations cancelled after 1 March 2012 and before 8 April 2012 will incur a 50% processing fee. Registrations cancelled after 15 April 2012 we reserve the right to keep up to 100% of your deposit to cover costs. Substitution is permitted at any time. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing. We reserve the right to change the conference program without notification due to unforeseen circumstances.
